British Council Services for International Education Marketing is a global programme to support UK Education institutions in their international work. SIEM operates in 58 countries, providing services for international student recruitment, market intelligence, and enabling the development of working relationships with institutions in countries.
This year the British Council Botswana will be hosting its 2nd SIEM Exhibition over 2 days. The first day being 2nd March 2015 will be at Gaborone Sun International hotel, where graduates, young professionals, high school leavers and individuals looking to further their studies will have one on one interaction with delegates from UK universities.
On the 3rd March 2015, the institutions will be hosted by Maru-A-pula International School where there will be a host of invited IGCSE & IB level graduates, students as well as top achievers whom Botswana government sponsors to apply to universities of their choice anywhere in the world.
The delegates from the different institutions will also be availed information through a market briefing that will enlighten them of our market demands, gaps and opportunities in Botswana. Decision makers will also be invited to a networking reception which will be hosted on the 2nd March 2015 in an effort to introduce the alumni, institution delegates and British Council staff to foster a platform for communication on the Education market opportunities.
